A non-partisan civic participation program (October 2022 - September 2024)  that brings community members together across political, racial, generational, geographic, and other differences to address causes of targeted violence.

Program Overview

Uniting to Prevent Targeted Violence in South-Central Pennsylvania (UPTV) is a non-partisan program that brings together Pennsylvanians in Adams, Dauphin, Franklin, and York counties to work across divides to prevent targeted violence.

Program Goals

  1. Build relationships across lines of difference

  2. Implement projects that reduce risks of targeted violence

  3. Strengthen and support county Threat Assessment and Management teams

  4. Raise our communities’ awareness of targeted violence

Targeted Violence Prevention Projects

Uniters in Adams, Dauphin, Franklin, and York counties are implementing projects in collaboration with community partners to address risk factors for targeted violence..
