Uniting to Prevent Political Violence in South-Central Pennsylvania (UPPV) is a non-partisan community action program that brings Adams and Franklin County residents together to develop and implement initiatives to prevent political violence in their communities.

Build on relationships developed during Uniting to Prevent Targeted Violence in South-Central Pennsylvania and forge new relationships among a diverse group of community members and stakeholders.
