Uniting to Prevent Political Violence in South-Central Pennsylvania (UPPV) was a non-partisan community action program that brought Adams and Franklin County residents together to develop and implement initiatives to prevent political violence in their communities.
Program Goals

Built on relationships developed during Uniting to Prevent Targeted Violence in South-Central Pennsylvania and forged new relationships among a diverse group of community members and stakeholders.
